Fabrication

Our fabrication is managed by the alliance partner Commercial Fabricators Inc, who is in the business since 1984. They are fully qualified and licensed to manufacture equipment in accordance with the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, and other, relevant sections, codes, or specifications.

ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001-2000 compliant quality control system.

Our facilities are on 15 acres and include 4 fabrication buildings with 24,000 square feet of manufacturing area under roof and crane way. Our facilities also include a 1,750 square foot office building containing administrative, purchasing, and quality control personnel.

Welders are fully certified on GMAW, GTAW, SMAW and SAW processes to provide fabrication in carbon steel, low chrome, stainless steel, monel and copper-nickel materials.
