Wolfgang Becker, the founder of Thermal Technologies Int'l., provides over thirty-five years of worldwide experience in the thermal and mechanical design, engineering, and fabrication of heat exchangers and pressure vessels.

Additionally, many committed engineers, contract employees, and subcontractors are available to TTI and provide numerous years of valuable experience in the design, engineering, drafting, welding, and general fabrication of such equipment.

• 100% shop assembled units including sub-structure and header and maintenance walkways to minimize fieldwork and associated problems.




• 100% shop assembled, layered units including all support structure, all walkways, and complete hot air recirculation system with louvers for installation in arctic climate.

• 100% shop assembled column top condenser to be welded to the vacuum column reducing piping runs and pressure drop, reducing plot area requirements, and eliminating additional support structures.

 

 




• Engineering, prototype development, and production of high pressure and / or high temperature exchangers. The highest design pressure ever accomplished successfully was about 12,000 psig and with testing of the units at about 18,000 psig.




• Quick Turn Around jobs delivering complete air-coolers within two to three weeks.

Thermal Technologies Int'l. is a member of the Heat Transfer Research, Inc. (HTRI) and other professional organizations. We use HTRI's most up-to-date and other, state of the art design software and computer technology.
